Got the monthly car wash in the spring it was stopped. I was assured by the manager that this was done. I noticed that I was still being charged the next month I stopped in again and again spoke to a gentleman who went to the computer and said that it has been canceled and gave me a car wash for my troubles. 6 month later I am still being charged. I hadn't noticed the charges until this month. $75.00 down the drain!
Careful - "soft touch" does not equal scratch free... lots of paint swirl, and a scratched trunk lid caused to my car, and a $160 paint correction by an auto detailer didn't fix the issues this place caused. Even after a local manager, Branden admitted that the facility had been mismanaged and improperly serviced/maintained under prior ownership, the regional manager refused to admit paint scratches were caused by this facility. Regional manager, Heath avoided phone calls and took over a month to respond to my inquires as well! Needless to say membership was canceled and their "olive branch" was a laughable one month of returned membership dues.
