I think it should be illegal for someone to post a bad review without any form of rebuttal. They make their living by selling their services.Would you expect a doctor,a lawyer, an electrician or a plumber to give you free advise, No you wouldn't. And don't go to the Ford dealer and expect to get information on Rolls Royce.(or vice versa)
No problem, after speaking with Andy it is their policy to allow direct trade in of your equipment for the save value towards a different system, wether it be lateral or upwards. I decided to move up! Looking forward to future business with NE HiFi and must suggest that if you think you found a great deal on some speakers from Klipsch, Paradigm, or a few others, please check them out first!
I was delighted to take everything home after striking a terrific deal and get to setting it all up. I have had the system for about 3 weeks and have enjoyed the system though realized after 6 years of exclusive Klipsch listening, the sound they produce was no longer for me.
Called asking for advice. They refused to even listen as I had not yet spent any money with them. I know where I will not be purchasing my audio equipment.

I went in with a bit of preconceived image of what the place would be and how people would be due to previous reviews, not the case. I was welcomed by Andy whom first asked what it was that I wanted, I had in my mind what I needed but Andy was able to help me find a better package for what I wanted to do.
