I ordered flowers, intending for them to be a surprise for my girlfriend. They called her yesterday because she wasn't there and asked if she would like to pick them up?... Uhm no they're supposed to be a surprise you should have called me and asked.
Horrible service, gave me the wrong boutonnière for my prom. I ordered a white rose and they gave me an orchid. When we went to pick the corsage and the boutonnière the people working there had no idea where my flowers were, it made my prom less enjoyable, because I was so stressed out about the flowers. The corsage wasn't that pretty, wasn't what I wanted at all, looked like a forest on my wrist instead of flowers .
Extremely horrible service. They NEVER have a good attitude and seem to be too put out to do anything for you. Me and my fiancé will be taking our business elsewhere.
They were able to get flowers to someone special when I needed help.
This is definitely the best florist in the entire Portland region they are very friendly and welcoming and they really have a lot of product there all the time and well thought-out and nicely composed Arrangements. I highly recommend them
