Horrible experience!! I brought two of my boys to get basic haircuts. The stylist who worked with my seven year old was professional and did a nice job. The person who attempted to cut my ten year olds hair however was completely incompetent! She was told he wanted to keep the length in his hair but have it trimmed and shaped. He had been growing it out for quite some time and bangs were down to his nose. She proceeded to cut off his bangs straight across above his eyebrows in what I would describe as Dutch boy bangs. It only got worse from there. Another stylist attempted to help her and actually started giving her instructions! We finally just left but now have to find somewhere else to get his hair fixed! I asked if I was too late for an eyebrow waxing. After debating for a few minutes, I was told yes, they stop accepting clients at 5:45. Two minutes late?! Are you serious?! Talk about an unmotivated staff!
My son and husband have been back many times to see Becka and every time they receive the best hair cut they've ever gotten. Trust me when I say we've been everywhere for their haircuts, high end barbers to Supercuts, and she is the best blending, fading, etc Men's hair stylist we've found in the area...❤️
I don't know why I'm bothering leaving a review for a kiosk in a walmart. Accountibility? The kid with gauged ears and the older woman decided it was too close to closing to allow us to buy shampoo. 10 minutes before they closed and they're counting the till refusing our business. I know this isnt a local mom&pop we were dealing with but just a suggestion to readers to bring your business somewhere where they want it.
Got there and the lady up front said itll be 30 minute until we got a spot open. So that gave me enough time to go get some stuff. I got there 20 min early and waited. Looked back and the lady was still working on the costerme so i thought hell ill waitva little long got nother better to do. I ended up waiting a hour until i went in and she told me again another 30 min. I wish i wpuld of known i was gunna have to wait a hour and a half for a simple haircut so i went home.
