Not impressed with this Lowe's. A couple of weeks ago we went in to order a Pella screen. The young man seemed put out and tried to convince us to build our own screen with materials in the store. Fortunately, it was easier to order the screen directly from Pella. Today we returned to the store to order an entry door. Apparently they don't have someone working in the window and door section. We decided to ask one of the two employees who were chit chatting if we could get some help, but they became occupied with a customer as I asked and they walked off. Both employees saw us standing at the window/door counter prior to the customer asking for help and didn't bother to ask if we needed help. I realize it probably wasn't their section, but they could have at least found us someone to help. After 15-20 minutes of standing around we decided to leave. As we were leaving the young man who seemed not too eager to help with the screen, was walking to the window/door section. Not wanting to construct an entry door on our own, we decided to leave and purchase the door elsewhere.

absolute clown show, i won't even waste my time explaining. avoid this place completely.

Ordered a dishwasher on Labor Day- didn't hear from them for a month, called to inquire on 10/3 and was told it would be here 10/10.. here we are 10/12.. called again and was told it only takes a week to get to the store and it is in the store but nobody seems to know why it wasn't delivered.. and I still have no delivery date. Come on, we could've picked it up by now- ball totally dropped and everyone seems clueless. Not impressed. #poorcustomerexperience

Employees are rude and some border on mental deficiency. Stop putting people who know nothing about lumber in the lumber! And if they don’t want a job don’t give them a job.Unfortunately I have to go to this branch because they are the only Lowe’s that carry what I need. Every time I go in to this branch my day is the worse for it. When I spend upwards of 15k a year in a store you would think receiving decent service not even excellent just asking for decent! would be a given. That seems to be an impossibility at this branch. Advice to Lowe’s, hire a new staff complete overhaul

Not overly impressed. I think they may need more help. Employees are stressed and rude to the customers. Had one employee walk off on me in the middle of a large shade order and start helping someone else. Customer service skills could be improved in most of their employees.
