Nice setting on the edge of heavily populated area. Lots of sites are on annual lease. Carefully navigate when in a long RV as road and trees is close. Very shaded so no satellite shot but cable available. Internet is purchased and very strong, dependable signal.
Clean / Quiet RV park. This is an ADULT only park. Sites are cleaned after each guest leaves. Bathrooms and laundry room are cleaned daily if not more. Owners are excellent and meticulous about the cleanliness of the park. Owners actually walk around the park daily socializing with the guest! Close to the ocean. Close to Old Orchard Beach and excellent restaurants. Some sites are 30amp and no dog run is the only downside. Highly recommend!
This is an adult only CG and for us was perfect. Good communication with the owner, neat, quiet, clean bathrooms, good laundry that actually works and a nice sized site although a bit 'interesting' to back into and pull out of with our 38 foot 5th wheel and 24 foot tow vehicle. They do have pull through sites but we were too late making reservations - my bad. Great location for Old Orchard Beach, Portland, and even Freeport/LL Bean etc is only about 45 minutes away. Just don't run over a duck as they like to snooze on the CG road
Very beautiful. Lots and lots of plants! The landscaping is beautiful but there are a ton of trees creating a challenge to park a big rig. Nice and quiet. Many long term residents who keep their sites very clean. My reasoning for rating it 3 stars was because we made our reservations for 4 days and have the email confirmation to prove it, but on our 2nd day a staff member came to our site and said that we were supposed to check out that day. They didn't make us leave. I do think they need to be more accurate about telling people when their reservation ends.
Fantastic camp ground. The view of the area is amazing. The facilities are clean. Easy to get along with the other tenants and easy to speak with the owner at any time. I really can't praise the new owner enough.
