Meeting Lois when we first went in was a wonderful experience. I knew I would be purchasing there after the first few minutes. She made us feel relaxed and not pressured. I spent hours choosing what I wanted and no one was hassling me and hanging over me as I sat on everything in the store! It was like night and day compared to other experiences in the area.
Great experience. We wanted a small recliner at a reasonable price. We were able to purchase a chair that day that fit in our car to take home.
Terrible customer service. We fell in love with a couch on the floor and they wouldn't sell it to us. We tried to work through a few options with them since we needed a couch within 30 days and the manager was not only not helpful but also rude. We have bought many LaZBoys over the years and this site is unfortunately giving it a bad name. Their poor customer service has driven us to seek out a different brand.
We bought 2 leather recliners 3 years ago. We bought them during a sale but still paid over $1800.00 for the 2 chairs. They are horrible. They are wobbly and the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever owned. We will soon be moving and have decided not to take the chairs with us. What a waste of money. We will NEVER buy lazy boy furniture again.
We went in there to buy a double recliner and I thought this older woman was helping us, but she walked off and didn't come back. I went and found her and she walked us over to this recliner and I went to ask her a question and she was gone, she did that 3 times. The third time I said to my husband we are out of here.
We ended up at Marqucote furniture down the road and dealt with Mimi, again she was more than helpful and spent time with us and we did find what we wanted there.
We went down the street to Bederrest and a salesman Jamie, spent time with us and was more than helpfu, as it was they didn't have what we wanted, but I would go back there again. We have bought a lot of furniture from Bedderrest in the past and we are very happy with the quality.
