Lyndsey could not have been more gracious or helpful! She was knowledgeable and informative without being overbearing. She was generous with her time and very pleasant to work with. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
I was in town from PA visiting for the weekend. I had been working with a store 3 hours from my home on new family room furniture and had just found out there was an issue with a leather I had chosen. So while I was in the area I decided to see if there were any stores which carried the same brand so that we could view other options. I explained all this upon entering so that the associate was aware I was not a potential customer.
